Created in 1988, Eurostudiomes is a development and management society
of student residences. It is a part of ICADE group, a specialized
structure of "Caisse des Dépôts" group. An
answer to the students' excepting and needs, training people and relocated
people.
Eurostudiomes made unique residences : "Les lauréades".
An idea of students' accommodation with comfort, modernity and relaxation,
in a economic environment adjusted to students' means. The residences
of Eurostudiomes are all situated in French university towns, next
to every day life places and work for students.
The specialist of student accommodation in France
Eurostudiomes has already realized 6 000 students' accommodation,
training youth, relocated managers...
In a few years the society became on of the leader : the specialist
of students' accommodations in France. Reinforcing its setting up
on the French territory, Eurostudiomes propose nowadays apartment
to rent in students' residences located in most of important university
towns . With our European ambitions , we have already opened 5 residences
in Spain.
